We deliver Degree and Higher Apprenticeships from Level 4 (Foundation) to Level 7 (Master’s) and beyond.

Apprenticeships are a cost-effective way to make sure that new and existing employees have the skills they need to support and grow the business. 

Programmes are tailored to the business objectives of individual organisations and the learning needs of their employees. Timeframes are flexible, and adapted to work patterns. 

Tutors are experienced industry professionals who are enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge and helping learners to achieve excellence in their field.

Employee retention

The offer of employment leading to higher level qualifications will attract and
retain good quality candidates with the potential to progress.

*After finishing, the majority of apprentices (90%) stay in employment (including 2% self-employed), with seven in ten (71%) staying with the same employer.

Apprenticeships offer businesses and public sector organisations an opportunity to help build a pool of high- quality future recruits for their sector.

With Coventry University Degree and Higher Apprenticeships, learning is tailored to the workplace and can be aimed at filling specific skills gaps.

Working with a Degree and Higher Apprentice will develop existing staff as they provide mentoring and support.
